Comfort Zone…

“My medicine is God, and my high is life.”

                                                                 Yolanda Botello

Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a fairytale life such as in romance movies where everything seems perfect?  I know many of us would, but only because most of the time they may have a happily ever after finale.

The motive for why we tend to find ourselves wanting a fairytale life may be the cause of feeling unfulfilled with what we have. You find yourself coming across that same fear of failure and change because you don’t know what the outcome may be once you try something new. But don’t you believe it’s a better feeling to at least know that you tried something challenging rather than living in regret of the unknown?

Life is all about feeling and overcoming obstacles. Without obstacles we’d be spiritless! Accept that their will be both good and bad things that will happen throughout your journey. Have faith in whatever it is that you believe in to get through anything uncomfortable.

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.”

Jack Canfield

Simply live in the moment. No amount of guilt can change the past, nor will the amount of anxiety will change the future. What you do today can improve all of your tomorrows if you have the courage to push yourself. Realize that if the things you do now aren’t challenging you, then most likely, they are not changing you. Anxiety may creep up once in a while because it’s normal for it to happen, but feed your mind with positive things because only You are in control of your own thoughts.

Difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations. Trust  the Lord and pray for patience to continue. Take it one day at a time and get high off of life!

Disclaimer: My purpose is to share my thoughts and journey with anyone who enjoys life in a positive and organic way. Have faith in God and “flow con Yoliz!”
