If you were the main actor of your own movie, how would you want to be portrayed?
What would you like to accomplish to make it a happy ending?
Where would it take place?
What is the environment like?
What could you do with an unlimited amount of money?
Think about these questions as if you were creating an actual movie. Except, in reality, this is your own movie! Each one of us has a dream but only few of us achieve it. So ask yourself these questions when you feel lost in your life and once you figure out exactly what you want, think about what could you do to make it a reality.
At times, we get so comfortable with what we have that we forget about our true desires and life purposes. Or, it could also be that we are afraid of failure, which is one of the biggest reasons people chose to not pursue their goals. But, wouldn’t you rather fail than to live in regrets of always thinking about what if? Failure doesn’t always have to be a bad thing, sometimes it’s actually an opening to something better!
“When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
- Set up realistic goals.
- Be specific about how you will achieve your goals. (what, how, and by when.)
- Invasion your goals.
- Do your research.
- Put it into action!
